The Studio at Mont Angelis

This former barn served as the art studio of the late Christoph Modest Dornier, who purchased the farm in 1994. The Cape region had a significant influence on his art, inspiring several of his finest paintings, some of which are displayed on the farm.

The Studio features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. It includes a kitchenette, a dining area, and two comfortable lounge areas. The original art studio is a bright, airy space with a high ceiling and a king-size canopy bed, exuding a colorful, uplifting style with bohemian touches. The second bedroom combines Cape Dutch furniture, vibrant Mexican accents, and elegant English upholstery, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The en suite bathroom is designed in soothing, deep blue tones for a tranquil retreat.
